- Attending all types of labor-related consultations, whether by telephone, by letter or in person.
- Personal representation before any labor authority, whether it be of a conciliatory, administrative or jurisdictional nature.
- Handling of the legal aspects of fines imposed by local and federal labor authorities.
- Labor audits that include the review, fulfillment and preparation of labor-related documentation required according to the type of business (labor contracts, attendance control, payment receipts, manuals for recruiting and hiring personnel, regulations, settlements, resignations, etc.)
- Attending labor-related matters of a collective nature such as reviewing contracts with labor unions, strike calls, and claims for title to collective contracts.
- Handling the administrative aspects of job training and worker safety.
- General services connected to the above, provided they are labor-related.
